01 / Concept design
This is the "why and how it feels" phase — it's purely aboutestablishing the emotional direction and design story of yourhome before any planning or selections begin. This includes:
- Overall design narrative and vision statement
- Inspiration and mood boards
- Broad aesthetic direction (style, mood, feeling)
- General color story (not specific paint colors yet)
- Lifestyle and functional goals for the space

02 / Schematic Design
The goal is to have you in alignment on the overall designdirection before we dive into specifics. This includes:
- Broad concept development and mood/inspiration
- Preliminary space planning and furniture layouts
- General color and material direction
- Initial style and aesthetic decisions

03 / Design Development
This is where we take our concept design and it gets refined and built out in detail . This includes:
- Finalized floor plans and furniture plans
- Specific product selections (exact furniture, fabrics, finishes, fixtures)
- Detailed material and finish schedules
- Refined color palette with actual paint and material callouts
- Pricing and procurement details
- Coordination with contractors, architects, and trade

04 / Specification
LH’s goal is to produce a complete, organized package thatdrives procurement and ensures nothing gets missed,misordered, or misinstalled. This includes the following:
- Plumbing and lighting fixture callouts
- Window treatment specifications
- Trade pricing vs. client pricing documentation
- Lead times and sourcing notes
- Coordination documents for contractors and trades

- Fully detailed product specs (manufacturer, item name,finish, fabric, dimensions, quantity)
- Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) schedules
- Finish and material schedules (flooring, tile, countertops,paint, wallcovering)
05 / Construction Admin (CA)
Our CA service is "making sure it all comes together correctly"phase. Lively Haus will be your advocate on the ground during thebuild or renovation. This includes:
- Coordinating between contractors, trades, and vendors
- Approving material and finish installations as they happen
- Managing punch lists and flagging items that need correction
- Ensuring selections are being installed per the design intent
- Overseeing delivery, placement, and styling at install
