From the ground up, this Newport Beach residence was designed to celebrate its stunning surroundings — capturing sweeping outdoor views and flooding every corner with California's natural light. We maximized the connection between interior and exterior, letting the landscape become part of the living experience itself.

Warm wood tones ground the space with organic richness throughout the flooring and staircase, while playful pattern adds personality in the bathrooms and a deep forest green pantry delivers a bold, unexpected moment at the heart of the home. In the primary shower, a serene tadelakt finish brings texture and calm, beautifully offset by polished nickel fixtures for a refined, luminous finish.
